Members
The Voluntown Housing Authority has a board of commissioners, who volunteer their time. Elderly Housing Commission members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen for five-year terms.
Greenwood Manor
Voluntown has its own Housing Authority, which operates out of Greenwood Manor at 239 Main Street. Greenwood Manor offers rental housing for income eligible adults ages 62+ or adults with disabilities 18+.
