A Public information meeting is being held on Tuesday, MARCH 28, AT 6PM at Town Hall. The meeting will start in the Meeting Room and will move to the outdoor recreation areas for a tour, and then back to the meeting room for discussion and public comments. The Board of Selectmen’s meeting will follow the information meeting.
The Gate Street Recreation Complex Planning Committee was established to create a Gate Street Recreation Complex plan and this public information meeting is a step in creating that plan. This plan will be the vision for the recreation amenities and facilities at Constitution Field, and the area of the current walking track , pavilion, gazebo, Sawmill Pond access, and old town garage. The Town plans to seek grant funding to complete the final plan in stages.
