The UNCAS Health District Mobile Van will be at the Voluntown Firehouse, Monday October 7, 10:30-12:00pm for a flu clinic. Uncas Health is asking asking all participants to arrive to the vaccine clinic with their flu consent form printed and filled out as well as a photocopy of the front and back of their insurance card. Also, please not the change in cost as listed in the image below.
